Buster's Bangers - now available to buy
From now on, the Star & Dove will start doling out sausages to whoever wants them... Well, whoever orders them, that is.
One of Eamon's key missions for the S&D was to cure his meats and make his sausages on site - and it's all beginning to take shape. You can buy his homemade sausages - named "Buster's Bangers" in honour of his baby boy - every day in the pub (just ask behind the bar/in the restaurant), or you can come along to the market on Saturdays, where they are on sale all day.
